How to Turn Cellphone Towers into Life Force Generators

Lately, I'm seeing quite a few people here talking about their bouts with depression and/or intolerance to negative news and the general malaise of the world.  The best antidote for depression, I believe, is hope; hope can be generated by taking back your power.  One way to do that is by "gifting" orgonite within your community.

Lessons Learned

I recently experienced an evolution in consciousness, and as always, the Gathering Spot is my place of choice for sharing. Circumstances have given me the opportunity to take some time, step back from that thing that I consider to be me, and objectively assess myself – warts and all.

The Year of Consciousness

In Chinese culture, every year has an animal mascot. It's the "year of the monkey," for example, or the year of the rooster. For NaturalNews, 2012 is the year of consciousness (or conscious awakening, in a sense).

Question about Remaining Conscious

This post comes under the category of learning from each other. I find the hardest part of the spiritual walk is remaining conscious moment by moment. I subscribe to the practice, "Embrace this place" as a way of accepting and staying in the Now, and I also use my breath and a mantra to bring me back to the peace of the present when my consciounsness drfits off, which is often and for long periods. It is a very uneven practice for me.

So here's the question: What do you do to stay conscious throughout the day, and are you able to remain conscious most of or all of the time?
