I recently read "When the Body Says No: The Cost of Hidden Stress," a book by Gabor Maté, M.D., about how chronic stress, especially that of childhood trauma and emotional repression, is linked to the development of diseases and other conditions.

I have recently experienced some pretty supernatural stuff in my life. It wasn't like flying or anything, but there were instances that can't be ignored. I was wondering if anybody ever experiences these things. For example, birds were singing to me in the night and I have even caught glimpse of "magical stuff."

I know this can be hard to believe, but I was wondering if anyone has stories or words of wisdom to share on the topic. Also, I was wondering if anyone has a clue to how these other realms may play into our current political situation.

I have not really been on here for quite some time. I moved from Taiwan to Mexico and do not have any internet besides wifi down there. It is nice and remote, but tough to stay in touch with modern society as you will.

It is nice to see some familiar names coming through the feed. I hope all are well in these troubling times in the US. There seems to me some sort of shift taking place, but I am confident none of the sheeple will notice this until it is too late.

I have been studying Climate Change and many of its components.

I have read many of the books written by Marshall V. Summers who writes about the "New Message."

I am in the process of comparing this book with the New Message "Great Waves of Change" books.

Hi Guys, I just went to my first toastmasters club meeting and I wanted to talk about it here because I feel it is a good next step after taking the transformation course. If we want to wake others up to what's really happening we need good communication and leadership skills. After Fred urged me to read Michael Tamura's book, The Answer is You, even though I'm only half way through the book, I realized that my soul's purpose is to spread the truth but then I realized that first I needed to strengthen my speaking skills.
