Starting today, January 15, through February 23 (40 days), people from all over the world and from many different spiritual/religious disciplines are taking part in an activity that will help to transform the world by transforming themselves. It's an invitation to commit to doing 40 minutes of some sort of spiritual practice or activity (whether it be meditation, prayer, yoga, tai-chi, walking in nature, or just about anything else that lifts and nourishes the spirit) -- whether all at once or broken up into shorter periods.
This may be basic stuff to many of you, but I'm posting it because I think it's Gregg Braden at his finest. This video is a good one to share with people who look at you crazy when you say the body is electromagnetic or that "thoughts are things."
GB's words are also helping to restore my faith in the Law of Attraction, which I had abandoned after 2 decades of dissapointing results. He shares some simple steps and key elements that may even excite a seasoned practioner.
Beyond Me explores man's evolutionary need to go beyond our own individual selves.
The global events planned for Saturday can be classified into 2 movement categories.
#1. Supporters in over 700 cities across the globe join the OWS in solidarity.
#2 Global Meditation. (I suggest that we spend time visualizing the world we want to manifest.)
Each day, we are painfully aware of what's wrong with the world. Often the more we know, the more helpless we feel to do anything about it. "What can I possibly do?" you may ask. There is much you can do. Remember you are a co-creator here, a hologram of Source, and with that knowledge comes great power.
