Here is your Friday story,
The Secret of Happiness
I was born to parents who right from the word go, instilled in me that happiness is THE most important thing and that life is to be enjoyed.
When I was 14, my parents bought a children's camp and activity centre 350 miles from where we currently lived, they thought it would be a great upbringing for me and my three sisters and a new fun adventure for the family.

To the Woman Behind Me in Line at the Grocery Store
(from a woman I don't know. J)
Posted on March 19, 2014
Dear woman behind me in line at the grocery store,
You don’t know me. You have no clue what my life has been like since October 1, 2013. You have no clue that my family has gone through the wringer.
You have no clue that we have faced unbelievable hardship. You have no clue we have been humiliated, humbled, destitute.

Notes from Charles Eisenstein's Sacred Economics
My intent on reading this book is to learn about and gather a list of activities and purposes that will serve all of nature in the post-collapse epoch.

Tea and salad anyone? My Great Gran used to relish these tender little greens-I wonder if she knew their medicinal value. I remember helping her dig every spring.
So for those of you who oppose Monsanto and Roundup and want to live a healthier life this link sheds light on what some believe is the 'lowly' dandelion and fight so hard to keep from their lawns....and it's virtually FREE...

Trying to connect the dots here. Decided to address the old topic of the virtuality of the internet and how this relates to the consciousness shift in the planet...
The WM articles refer to "Olin Technology", whatever that means. Then there's this phenomenon of blog sites and social networks. Mostly fluff. Opinions and likes/dislikes, favorites, what superficial little activities most people are up to... Games, consumption... So where is the MEAT? Where is the real at the center of all that?

The countdown continues! June is quickly approaching for Penelope and I to pack up our current existence and hit the road for adventure!
Getting outside the box[es] to explore our capabilities and supposed limitations. Getting away from the daily humdrums and reruns and closed loops of functionability... Heading to Utah, Arizona and New Mexico to check out the sites and sounds and smells, etc. Then back to Colorado... Possibly bop out to the coast to see the Pacific in there somewhere.

The Brink of Peace
Thomas R. Morin
It was late morning on warm August day In Beirut Lebanon. Ed and I were the only ones on the Street of The Mosques. We were just sailors in our dress whites and spit shined shoes with a tour brochure. We had a deep curiosity, a deep reverence and a burning desire to feel the essence of these ancient places.

I'm posting this as new information (3 weeks old now) to pick up the discussion begun under the topic "False Flag narrowly avoided" posted by Francis recently. InfoWars has uncovered what they say is irrefutable evidence in the public media that Sen. Harry Reid, in the service of Chinese interests (and his own pocketbook), was behind the attempted BLM land grab of the Bundy Ranch, and that this phenomenon has become widespread throughout the western US.
This 15-minute InfoWars news report is worth listening to.
