Starting today, January 15, through February 23 (40 days), people from all over the world and from many different spiritual/religious disciplines are taking part in an activity that will help to transform the world by transforming themselves. It's an invitation to commit to doing 40 minutes of some sort of spiritual practice or activity (whether it be meditation, prayer, yoga, tai-chi, walking in nature, or just about anything else that lifts and nourishes the spirit) -- whether all at once or broken up into shorter periods.

Do we create our own reality? Yes and no. It is not that our mind literally creates our physical reality. It is rather that our internal world interacts with the perceived external world to form our personal reality. All of our collective internal beliefs and emotions – both conscious and unconscious and with all of their contradictions – interact through our conscious mind with our perceptions of the external world to create our personal reality.

Some people want a partner, that's with them all the time, that energizes them, there presence makes the healthy, that empowers them, that revitalizes every cell of their being, that gets inside you and becomes one!!!! People its called oxygen(air) breath :D a reminder that sometimes all that we are looking for we already have and always did, me the earth and the cosmos are inseparable and there is much love!!!

Radiation levels in California have become a hot topic lately. One guy's video of measuring levels of radiation in California on a beach in Half Moon Bay went viral. However, those who have been carefully investigating such matters are finding radiation levels in California to be not far from normal. For a great article on this, see:
