Hi, all ~

I usually do not ask for help for myself or my family, but I feel comfortable enough in this community to do so (which is a nice feeling). 

Greetings Earthlings,

  To the US citizens I ask...what happened to the original 13th Amendment ?? Who changed it?? When ?? Why ?? Do you realize that the White House and half of Congress would be fired immediately if you would just enforce it !!!??? Is there someone out there who knows about this ??? 'Cause I can't find the answer anywhere !!!
