In a nutshell

"One must greet change with hope"

I had to stop the video for a moment and mark that quote.  Also decided to watch it without sound so there were no distractions, and that seemed to be an interesting approach to soaking it in....

and then this,

"The possibilities are limitless, for the largeness and beauty of who one is is always better than what one has imagined"

that one could become my new favorite chew toy, LOL
