The Whole in EveryOne

This links to an article primarily by a friend of mine, Sperry Andrews. He is a remarkable, bright human being who had a NDE when he was 4 years old which shaped his subsequent life.

Mapping The Whole in EveryOne An Essay on: Non-Existence as the Engine and Axis of Existence

Sperry Andrews, Steven Salka

Abstract

It is argued that an effective way to view consciousness is as a "superposition" of existence and nonexistence, producing an indivisible experience of "nonlocal being", plus who and what we perceive ourselves to be (local observers). This relationship between an observer-based localization and the nonlocal whole is examined. Using ideas from general relativity and quantum mechanics (QM), we suggest how a space-time continuum (GR)-including QM probability and uncertainty, as properties of consciousness-may have arisen as dynamic complementarities. Opportunities to contemplate the origins of existence are investigated, and corresponding experimental studies are suggested

Interesting stuff coming up from your camp these days... I'M Curious about all that... clearing and realigning in Sedona is going well and I may be ready for more soon. A little dubious about the Monroe institute, so perhaps there are other avenues to explore/revisit? Will irregularly/sporadically check back in...

Out beyond ideas of right doing and wrong doing, there is a field. I'll meet you there.

Love that poem. And as we [re]discover our holons/holiness/wholeness, the universe unfolds in its full beauty. Science and religion have way too much in common to be exclusive of one another! Thanks, John

Thanks Bob, but we just shuffled on south to Prescott. Strong winds, fires and mudslides threatening the area. Had a nice five days there experiencing the vortices and beautiful land though! I'll check out all the info though and weigh options...

what a long, strange trip it's been.  crossing this with recent experiences and a few new posts i caught up on the mandala site about northern lights in MN and magnetic anomalies in the west/yellowstone area and earthquakes in AK...  too much synchronicity to be ignored.  if i sense the wave approaching, i'm just going to sit (zazen) wherever i am and envision the new paradigm.  my dreams (activated by cathedral rock) confirmed this last night with a bright and brave new scenario...  if this shift is drawn out at least a few more weeks, my wife and i may attend the rainbow gathering.  the nationals (u.s.) in 2000 (MT) and 2004 (CA) were amazing experiences and i highly recommend to anyone.  joining the family is a beautiful thing in such a mind-blowing magnitude!  welcome home!
