It is not a political body. What they have been recently discussing is the tyranny in our future, 357 years from now, because that affects everybody. [Ed. Note - The 139 star system membership is the definition of the Galactic Council as given by Tolec] “Apparently what they have done, through time travel, is that they have been able to figure out where the significant shift in energy occurred that causes the tyranny 357 years in our future. They have traced it back to our solar system, and they have been able to further track it down to Earth, Earth’s moon and Mars - those three places. “The very first meeting the Andromedan council had was to decide whether or not to directly intervene with what was going on here. I had a similar question when I read that - particularly considering that we have heard for so long that all of the microwave towers were being set up to transmit signals that these implants could receive. So - perhaps NOW - all of those towers will be used to deactivate them ??

Agreed Chris - I never had any thought of those implants effecting me (and yes - I DO have memories of having been "tampered with..."), and there are technologies available to screen the frequencies out etc.
Never mind the idea that the whole Andromedan Council idea is a 4th density "savior" paradigm anyway. It's hard to say how all of it fits - in that if we contracted with the dark ones for our benefit - perhaps we also contracted with the light ones to drive them out at a certain point. So it's all good in the end - but like you - I tend to put the power in the people - not some implant technology or some 4th density savior group!
Non-interference of free will is always cited as the reason why the benevolent ETs can't intervene on our behalf. This always registers as poppycock to me. Afterall, the dark ones have been tampering with every facet of our lives, including our free will, for centuries.

Actually, allegedly, the Love and Light types mentioned in the Law of One data have been interceding on behalf of Humanity for a long long time now. The Law of non-intervention has more (allegedly) to do with not overtly acting on our behalf or interfering "in person" so to speak.
When they did in the past (as RA mentions doing personally back in the time the pyramids were being built by "them" they found that humans would tend to ultimately wind up worshipping them instead of learning the lessons and evolving.
So now they sort of "greet" incomers with less than honorable intentions, and this style of greeting ("I greet you in the Love and Light of the One Infinite Creator") allegedly binds incomers to doing only good benevolent actions or nothing at all.
If this, what Ra is talking about in the sessions, is what has been going on, then we can be assured that it could have been much much worse the past so many thousands of years. That said, it is still the collective Humanity Us that must evolve through our own sovereign Heart-centered intentions, and ask "them" for help.
I have heard numbers like 10%, if ten percent ask for help they can intercede and not break any law of confusion or law or free will. While you do not know me, my name is Mr. A (name deleted to protect individual from job loss and/or murder) and I applaud your long standing efforts and your endeavors to see an end to the prolific frauds in the banking industry. Fraud is so prolific, one could say that the modern banking system runs almost entirely on fraud.
I am having a period of elation as I was there in Monaco last week when Mr. X (name deleted to protect individual from job loss and/or murder) presented his case to the attendees of that meeting. I will not mention the countries who had senior Ministers attending or give specifics on the organization of that meeting. At long last, I can see tangible evidence that the fraud committed by banks and major brokerages is coming to an end. But your blog is right, there were 57 Governments represented at the meeting.
More than that, I can now see that there will soon be a day that those who are responsible for dispossessing millions of families in order to expand their own profits and from that, increase the enormous bonuses bankers earn, not from honest business, but from fraud, deception and theft. As a guardian of the Global Accounts who has been compelled to silence in the face of all this thievery, I am elated to speak out as there is a new day coming.
At the outset of the planned meeting, Jay Rockefeller demanded entry. He was never invited and the meeting was by invitation only. Rockefeller was confronted by Mr. X who told him he was not coming in to the meeting. Rockefeller then stamped his annoyance and said “Do you know who I am”. Within minutes Military Aircraft showed up and after dipping their wings several times, the helicopters left the area after being obviously threatened. We understand that from the aggressive posture the aircraft took behind the helicopters that it was move away or we will shoot you down.
More than that, it seems that the agreements taken at that meeting prove out what you have been saying for weeks. The Bilderbergers and Committee of 300 and the Khazars, the CFR etc, BIS, IMF and perhaps the World Bank are on the way out. More than that, estimates of people such as senior bankers that will be going to jail if the accounts are audited is expected to be more than 50,000. I believe that Globally, it could be closer to 100,000. The very thought of all these lying, thieving bankers who cheat and steal from hard working people doing hard time is a joy I cannot contain within myself.

Hmm. I hope this is all true. But I wonder... Mr. A. deletes his name, as well as Mr. X's and Mr. B's, but he says enough about all of them that the insiders would surely be able to identify them easily. I have known for some time that the Good Guys would be coming in the through back door and catch the reptilians sleeping. I did not know just when it would occur. Even if they had not done this, and I believe that they have, the war is not over. It will not be over until all of the psychopaths (thousands of them) are removed from office and made to pay for their crimes. This requires more than tosssing them through a "Star Gate" and waving goodbye to them! The lessons must be there for future humanity to see and learn from, if that is possible. I keep thinking about what happened to the jews during WW 2 and how such horrors could still be going on within humanity. Look at what is happening to the Palestinians! Until humans learn how to live without war, we will never be allowed to join within any Galactic Council! However, we have had the tools available to defeat the Greys/Reptilians for ages: we are all born from planet Earth and the stars. There is no separation between Earth and Humans, between all living things and Earth. When we focus all of our energy towards loving this planet Earth and cleaning up her waters, her air, her forests, oceans, rivers, seas, lands and loving all of the animal life on it, including Each Other, totally refusing to engage in wars against each other and treating all human races and religions as brothers in Peace, the power of this planet will be available to protect humanity from all and any adversaries. It is the call for help from Earth and all life upon her that has brought the intervention that was necessary to help us survive and to create a new time line for humanity!

I am suspect of simply sending them to far reaches of the universe through the stargate. That is like throwing them out of the airlock... they will just sequentially reincarnate and come back again. Sooo, how is sending them to the far reaches of the universe helpful... of course that is how they got here when they got kicked out of the previous universe for thier regressive ways... so what happens to that universe? Is it uninhabited? Is that universe contained like a feedback loop that they can not exit? Has the Good News of Christ Consciousness been planted there to assist them?
Many of the traditions say that there will be 1000 years of peace... so is that when the regressives make their way back to Earth?

I had the same questions about sending these folks far away - doesn't seem to solve the problem, just cover it up - like throwing plastic bags into a landfill rather than recycling them. Anyway we can recycle these guys (and gals) into something useful? I think your answer - that Christ Consciousness will need to be there is the answer. But I guess perhaps, for some unknown reason, we continue to choose to keep the bad around as learning tools... Seems like an awefully harsh way to learn lessons.

Clif's prediction that the ass clowns are getting ready to play a BIG card is rather obvious (no disrespect intended). Afterall, it's been 10 years since the Towers fell and we're all getting immune to the daily terror threats, plus they're desperate to maintain their grip on us. Something big is likely coming soon. I think Clif mentions (in a recent video) 9/11/11 as a target date.
The question is, how can we that know this is about to happen prepare those who are too blind to see?
Another burning question I have (but I can't seem to find the appropriate moment to ask it) is this: Is Clif ever going to post one of his pie recipes? I drool everytime he mentions pie!
I think the idea of throwing the Reptilians out through a stagate to be appropriate here - as all we need is the time to ascend without interference from them. As that happens - this WHOLE universe will collapse - and so there will be no "coming back" for them or anyone else here for that matter. So that is simply a part of the plan - a part of our contract if you will. We need them gone - and gone they will be. No worries about them returning - game over.

I agree. See Noa's post - Becoming Free 101. This is the answer. I feel ready to make changes now. Time to start defending my true authentic being and stop playing their game. But it will only work if I also try to defend everyone's authentic being, including "theirs".
Understanding that all we see outside of ourselves is a reflection of what is inside, I often wonder about all of our focus on the reptilians and greys. If the reptilians had not manipulated our genetics, would we still be focusing so much on them? Are all of the wars, killings, and abuse that we provide for this planet related to our ancient genetic engineering and a reflection of it? If so, then that engineering is also the downfall of those who created it! They will be opposed and brought down by their own creation! It cannot be otherwise. Why do you suppose that they act so cowardly in all facets of their behavior? We are feared by them, and why? Because they see a reflection of themselves in us. If we ever actually wake up to our own power, and THINK FOR OURSELVES, they disappear. For example, what would happen if a LOT others such as ourselves got together and formed our own bank, an honest bank run by honest people that actually wanted to help build a financially stable community somewhere? And what if that community was so successful that its agenda spread out to an entire state at some point? It has been said that we have to become the change that we want to see, so why not start? What would happen if, say, 1000 people began an honest community that set an example for success that others could follow? What would happen? Why not manifest something beyond fear that incorporates both freedom and dignity? Why not manifest that part of ourselves that has always existed beyond anything that the repitlians can touch or understand? If they have been defeated as claimed, then we have to begin our future now. If they have not been defeated by the AC, then we have to do the same thing! But act we MUST, one way or another.
Part of me wants to latch on to what you're saying, Starr, and believe that all we have to do is create our own monetary system and the banks will simply fall. The recent raid on Liberty dollars tells me it's not going to be that easy.
Although alternative currencies and barter systems exist in the US and abroad, if they become too successful, like Liberty, the controllers find a way to shut them down. (Much has been posted on alternative currencies on this forum.)
Unfortunately, I think that the 'good fight' is probably going to be a long and difficult one. We can expect that identified 'subversives' like Julian Assange, Bradley Manning, or groups like Anonymous will be quickly squelched and ruthlessly prosecuted. Only after it has been demonstrated over a period of time that reinforcements will continue to resist, undaunted, will the controllers be defeated... (in my humble opinion, though I pray for a swift and easy victory).
As Americans, we're not used to fighting for our rights (at least many of us who are white and living above the poverty line). We forget that in other oppressed countries, the struggle for basic freedoms has lasted for decades.
Yes indeed, the oppressors fear us; their pathological behavior demonstrates it. But I doubt they consciously see us as a reflection of themselves. They fear us because they know we are powerful. If we all understood our power, it would no longer be possible to control us.
Maybe all we have to do is visualize a better life for ourselves and it will manifest. I don't know. I haven't been very successful at creating what I desire in my life with the Law of Attraction, though I know people who seem to be able to do it. I wonder why the Law of Karma hasn't come back to kick the controllers in the ass sometime during the millenia of their oppressive rein.
These days, I believe more in 'life contracts'. A certain amount of pre-destiny determines the cards we are dealt; each of us then controls the way our cards are played.
No matter the circumstances, even when the outcome seems inevitable, we always have a choice. No matter how small, our choice affects the outcome. Some people will do big things that will be remembered in history, but even the actions least remembered are important. Even doing nothing affects the outcome. This is why there are so many timelines and versions of the future. Each of us matters; each of us is powerful. Collectively, we are unstoppable.

What would happen if all of us chose an appointed time each week to come together and meditate (focus) on one event that we could all agree upon that needed to be addressed now! Can we set aside one hour per week as a group with a united thought for change and progress? It can be something simple as a beginning, or it can be anything agreed upon. There is so much to choose from!
I believe that groups sharing the same intentions in prayer, meditation, and visualization are the key to healing the issues which plague the planet the most. There are many groups that regularly meet (physically or online) to do just that. If nothing comes of your request here, please consider joining one that already exists.
