Thanks John and Noa. Drums are an integral part of my life and daily practice. In watching the water drumming I'm immediately reminded of birthing and of honouring our Earth Mother and sending out prayers and intentions for clean clear water everywhere. Here is an example of one of my favorite drums, though I haven't found anyone to help me make one (yet!). Enjoy.

Ohhh and if you've never drummed before, pick up an instrument that resonates with you (laundry basket/oatmeal box/coffee can...get creative) and find your rhythm. It's very good for your 'inner child' and if you have teenagers they'll run for cover...mom's flippin' out...againnnnnnnnnn  ;)
