Shuckin' Corn - Clean Ears Everytime

Personally, I prefer a little cornsilk to irradiated corn, but I have to admire the old timer for making a Youtube video.  Many folks his age don't even know how to use a computer.  And he's had 1,822,000 hits!

Wanna know how to get a clean banana every time?  Seriously!!!  Peal it from the bottom instead of the stem end.

This is the city dweller's method. In the country, you put the water on to boil the water first. Then you go pick the corn and sit on the back porch and just husk them. It only takes a minute per ear, it isn't microwaved and any messy silks fall on the porch where they don't make a kitchen mess. Yehaw!!

"Shucks" Ma'am, I do so like the ritual too, taking the time, a little dexterity exercise, fresh air and no microwave, but had to appreciate that little trick from a darling cuddly old guy, LOL

Some people shouldn't be parents. I'm embarrassed to live in the same state as these people.

Wendy, this story said that the whole family got lost, not just the children.  It's actually quite common for people to get lost in cornfields.  It's like walking in a Labyrinth, very disorienting.  Google "lost in cornfield" and you'll find dozens of similar cases.
