Benjamin Fulford on HAARP, Japan, Burma and China

This video came to me about a week ago. I had heard about Haarp and was somewhat informed by what it could do but now I am stunned. I just watched Fulford's video again and others on the rainbow affect in the sky before the China earthquake.  I live in central Iowa where there is a lot of flooding; more to come.  Last Monday, June 9, 2008, I noticed a rainbow spread across some clouds.  It was not raining, had not rained all day, the sky was very blue except for a few very high clouds.  This was at 11:30 am and the rainbow was at approximately 60 degrees above the horizon.  It did not look like a normal curved rainbow but spread out. I did not have a camera with me but there was one other person with me who saw it.
The farmers' fields have many ponds which will not be able to be replanted because of the continual rainfall ad because of the late date in the growing season. This is very fortunate for the big oil companies since the corn will not be available for biofuel.
I would like to know if anyone knows who might be interested in this information I have of spotting the rainbow clouds. And, thank you, John, for all of your most interesting and informative posts.

  From what I have read and the video taken less than an hour prior to the China earthquake, describe the lights in the sky just like Northern Lights or Aurora Borrealis.  I see them here, above the 47th parallel, quite frequently. I'll see if I can find that chinese video.

I am so glad we are continuing to discuss HAARP (HighF Active Auroral Research Program), environmental modification and artificial earthquakes (the military actually calls them "ionospheric heaters"). When I first started the TT lessons I emailed a question asking why "weather modification" was not included in the lessons since subjects like ET's and UFO's were in there, and I was told that there is not enough legitimate verifiable info on the subject yet and not enough people to look into the subject. I can only hope that many people are beginning to understand, not only the vast potential of environmental modification and the ENMOD legislation from the 1970's, but also the very perfected artform it has been keenly and aptly developed into.

The description of how HAARP works was not really properly covered in the video above, so allow me to address one of my favorite subjects as per Dr. Nick Begich and Dr. Rosalie Bertell. The microwave array is directed toward the ionosphere, heats it up at the desired focused point, and causes the ionosphere to heat up and "bulge" toward outer space, creating a cavity that can be skillfully used as a kind of a directing lense toward the desired area to be manipulated (this cavity also creates a space that vapor rivers can and do flow into, thus altering their natural flow). Once the bulge in the ionosphere is created, they "pulse" the microwave array which creates an extremely low frequency (ELF) "standing wave". A standing wave or "S-Wave" can do several things. It can alter any one of the seven vapor rivers in our atmosphere by creating a sonic wall, it can create mood swings in large populations without anyone knowing why, and it can easily penetrate deep into the earth's crust (and deeper) and reverberate in and out of frequency with the earth's natural Schumann Resonance of basically 7.83. Anyone who has ever been in a small tunnel or a ceramic tiled bathroom and hummed a tone until you found the natural resonant frequency of that tunnel or space knows the sonic potential of reverberating in and out of frequency with a given physical space like that. Now take a billion+ watts and humm a ELF tone S-wave through the earth's crust and see what happens to the tectonic plates. It is highly likely you already have several times, and will most likely see more in the near future if these maniacs are not exposed. I actually think "they" (NWO elite) are preparing to give up their old nukes in favor of this brand new (actually not so new - started in the 1940's) "ace in the hole" technology that trumps the old "mutually-assured destruction cold war paradigm. This new one resides safe in the dark realm of "plausible deniability", making it the superior choice for "population control" and "geopolitical control" weapons of the future.

Funny to think that these crazies are also very much our brothers/sisters on their way home with us, but it is so true, and that gives us real hope and something metaphysical to work with that is so much more powerful than hating and resisting them in the worn out "us vs. them" futile paradigm of old. Let's continue to call them home, just like advanced beings from advanced civilizations have been calling to us lately!!!!!!

Those odd telltale signatures in the sky may be the only glitch in their otherwise "perfect crime", the only evidence that can flush them from their hiding place of "plausible deniability".  By the way, anyone know anything about that other latest earthquake in Japan???
