A Vision of Non-Dual Awakening

From my friend Sperry:

the closest of friends just sent this ...

"In the midst of a very profound and large experience of truth, the sense of your self can become so large and inclusive that it no longer has much of a sense of being your Being. When you awaken to the oneness of all things, the sense of a ''me'' can thin out quite dramatically. If you are the couch you are sitting on and the clouds in the sky and everything else, then it simply doesn't make sense to call it all me. If it's so much more than what you usually take yourself to be, then the term'' me'' is just too small.
In a profound experience of truth, the sense of me softens and expands to such a degree that there's only a slight sense of me as a separate self remaining, perhaps just as the observer of the vastness of truth. Beyond these profound experiences of the truth, is the truth itself. When you're in touch with the ultimate truth and the most complete sense of Being, there's nothing separate remaining to sense itself there's no experience and no experiencer, no Heart, and no sense of self. There is only Being."
"You may think it matters what happens. But what if the only thing that matters is where you are experiencing from, where you are looking from? What if you could experience all of life from a spacious, open perspective where anything can happen and there is room for all of it, where there is no need to pick and choose, to put up barriers or resist any of it, where nothing is a problem and everything just adds to the richness of life? What if this open, spacious perspective was the most natural and easy thing to do?
It may sound too good to be true, but we all have a natural capacity to experience life in this way. The only requirement is to look from the Heart instead of from the eyes and the head-and not just to look, but to listen and feel and sense from the Heart.
In some spiritual traditions you are encouraged to look in your Heart, and yet what does that mean exactly? Often we are so used to looking and sensing through the head and the mind that when we are asked to look in the Heart, we look through the head into the Heart to see what is there. Usually we end up just thinking about the Heart. But what if you could drop into the Heart and look from there? How would your life look right now? Is it possible that there is another world right in front of you that you can only see with the Heart and not with the mind?"
And Who is this mind ?
Is your Brain your Mind?
Is your Mind in your Brain?
Where do you think from?

Calls to something "inside" that recognizes what is being conveyed by the inspirational post.  Made me think about something I read recently about the illusion of movement.  Since our reality is really nonlocal and more like a hologram, we are never really moving, even when we perceive our physical bodies to be moving as per space and time.  It is a hard concept to grasp, but serves to expand conscious awareness concerning the real state of Being.

Appreciate you sharing that.  If you experience life in this way, you generate little or no fear.

Your last comment, about looking through or with the heart, made me think of something.  We often hear this metaphor.  Yet the heart is simply a little machine for pumping blood, just as the stomach is a sac of acid for breaking down organic matter.  What we're really talking about is shifting consciousness, tuning into a wider band of the signals that are available to us.  Using more of our brain.  That we have the ability to do this is wonderful.  That we have, for the most part, not done so, is one of the main reasons we as a planet are where we are.

This sentence in particular strikes me at this moment .

"what if you could drop into the Heart and look from there? How would your life look right now? Is it possible that there is another world right in front of you that you can only see with the Heart and not with the mind?"

I know no other way than to look from my heart and for much of my youth I thought it a disadvantage. Dealing with men, the business world, calculating individuals-I envied the ability to be cold and unemotional when my heart was always on my sleeve and plain as day in the expression on my face. I don't play poker!

Then I learned how empty we can be when we come from that space. How the world needs our hearts for her healing. I learned to see without eyes and hear without ears and sometimes my heart feels like the weight of the whole world rests upon it, and like it could break into a million pieces. But then something happens-when you get to that place and realize that each break, each missing piece creates this incredulously expansive place if we simply allow it and are not afraid.

To see the world through heart instead of head allows us compassion and faith and hope and the ability to share tremendously unconditional love. There is another world right in front of us. The world our love can change for the better, the world filled with beauty and light and sacred spaces.

When I am unsure of answers I need not look to my head. I close my eyes, center within that sacred heart of Oneness. I don't need words or thought to find the answer-in my heart the answer already lives.

Not be be sexist in anyway, this seems to come easier for women, but men are rapidly waking. When the leaders of countries learn the motivation of the heart and look to the heart we will have created a New world.

Maybe the Goddess set aside so many centuries ago has simply stirred to the degree that she can no longer lie sleeping. Love, or the lack of it, is the motivation for most everything we do. We don't need to shout it from rooftops or take grand action to be of assistance to the world. (Though if you can and do, keep doing it!) We need only to go within and connect with the All That Is and our collective consciousness, Big Mind, whatever you choose to label it, does the rest.

Choose to live from your heart, I know it's been battered and broken from time to time, but I know that it's perfect just as it is. I know I haven't told you anything you don't already know, but it felt good anyway. I AM that I AM. Loving you unconditionally-         kristyne

I can so relate to all you said about your life experience viewed from the heart and wondering if you even belong here when you see so many just not even close to having a clue yet, but then remembering that that is probably why you are here viewing and understanding from the heart, for the sake of those who are to inevitably follow. Then the Ra Law of One principle understanding kicks in and we find perfect reason of the heart for sticking around in this mental illusion, Krazyville.

You said,

"I don't need words or thought to find the answer-in my heart the answer already lives" Ain't it da truth says that "still, small voice" patiently waiting for us to enter our quiet hearts and listen.

You said,

"Not to be sexist in anyway, this seems to come easier for women, but men are rapidly waking" Don't be fooled by your breasts and vagina. they don't really make you "female" (in the context of your statement) any more than a penis makes men male. In the very much true-er sense of the gist of your point, there are aspects of female and male in each and every one of us that define who we are much more than our physical features. If I, as an apparent male, wish to learn the heart message you so beautifully describe and illustrate, I must embrace the wonderful aspects of the female in me, and I gladly and proudly do, for they are rightfully and naturally mine!

I will leave it up to you to try to define the beneficial aspects of the male side of each of us (LOL). Patriarchal nonsense has lead us far from the balanced path we must return to if we desire sanity, peace and true prosperity.

Rude force is so yesterday (please let it be so!!!!!)

Duality is concepts, be it head versus heart, female or male.  You are still in the head/mind when you are in the language of conceptualization.

With the practice of meditation all of the dualistic chatter becomes background noise, drifting by and when the meditator faces the witness - the watcher and the meditator loses self in this embrace where no one, no interpretor remains.  I am not my thoughts and emotions, nor my body or perception. I am not my personality that I created...I am no-thing.

And, I am my thoughts, my emotions and my body, energy and perceptions. I am my personality that I created...I am everything.

This is not inside nor outside of me, but I am the space they arise in and from and is filled by them and yet empty.

Namaste.

This touches something that I experience.

I have been thinking about the replies that you all gave to the Fourth Dimension Post. And about the original question, "How are you experiencing the merging of the fourth dimension."

I thank you all for the explanations that you gave and the kindess of your responses.

This is very much a part of that. To experience with the heart. I feel that often in our daily mundanes we focus so much with our logic and our reasoning. We spend many hours either in commute or in buildings. We have very much to concern our minds with.

I received a gift of the book, 'The Sacred Path.'; Jaime Sams. It is a book of lessons from the Native American Walk. Reading these lessons and listening to the wisdom of my mother (who must have been a redman, long ago.) I have learned that taking time to connect and give love to the earth that is our mother, the back that we ride on. Appreciating each living thing. The Rhapsody of the Skies. The Touch of the Winds. The great green, white and blue Life of the Earth!

This is a good way to open a connection with the heart. And learn it's 'language', beauty and love.

Beloved, let us love one another.

For Love is of God.

And everyone who loveth is born of God and Knoweth God.

Love is patient. Love is Kind.

All You need is Love.

We've got to Let Love Rule!

To know Joy. To know Love. To breathe Life, this is to know the mind of the heart. The feelings, the thoughts, the interconnected, ever-present, kinetic exchange of energies and waves........We are one.

One Love, One heart,

Let's get together and feel all right.

I am experiencing the merging of the fourth dimension....or I think that I will say the realization of the fourth dimension in so many ways.

I see things out of the corners of my eyes.

I never feel alone.

I feel Love for Every One.

I am restless with uniformity.

I can feel ' The Force'      ( May the Force be with us ALL)

Sometimes I can't stand for things to touch me because I feel like my molecules are a bit spread out into my aura........and the sensation is too too much.

I dream!   oh yes......    *sweetly*  I dream.

It's hard for me to think ''dirty'' sometimes....     **blush**

I feel that there is no time for boredom or apathy.

I get what I ''ask for''   (prayers)

I AM...and this is what it is.

Thank you for this post John. I know that I reached out for ideas....my communication is.....well.....i don't know what to say.....but I smile. It seems that when I ask the question to myself...I know the answer....so I am unsure of what questions to ask......but

The Beat goes On!

and on and on and on.......

Thanks to you all......I gotta get up and move about and take some good deep breaths....

I will be curious to hear what you all think.

My Love goes with you All.

Tricia, your comment makes me want to pick up my old copy of ACIM again (the constant reminder, "I am not a body"), and your mention of "no-thing" made me think of a clever way that Iona Miller (can't wait for her to engage the TT portal when she finds the time) uses the world "nowhere".  She spells it and means it in an Eckhart Tolle way by spelling it "NowHere"......

What else can one say but,

YEA BAYBAY!!!!!!!!!

PARTY'S AT MISTY'S HEART

BE THERE OR BE SQUARE.....

FIND A WAY NOT TO CARE,

AND TO JUST TRUST - ITS A MUST,

ONE OR BUST!

FROM MIND TO HEART,

AWAY FROM THE BIG MENTAL RUSH

SO YOU CAN SPEND MORE "TIME"

EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!

BY SIMPLY BEING,

BY BEING "NowHere"......

Today, Ken Wilber and Diane Hamilton  recorded a conversation about Integral Zen and Ken Wilber's gift for the ultimate gab shines:

"There is not a single pre-given world "out there" that we can experience spiritual communion with, but a succession of "worldviews" that can only be perceived by the stages of consciousness capable of enacting them.

Enlightenment is not a static experience - though the empty side of the street may ultimately remain unchanged, the nondual union of form and emptiness is an endlessly moving target, as the manifest world perpetually twists, billows, and slides across the effortless lens of eternity, with new and novel perspectives being born every moment."

Now that's something to contemplate.

That is a description of quantum physics, an endless field of emptiness (emptiness my ass) laden with endless potential, but nothing set in stone. So many things thought to be "religious" become "practical application" when potential is recognized over form and the bogus notion of constancy in a realm of 3D physical illusion. We came out of the physical womb to play in this 3D physical playground and now it feels like another womb giving birth to our collective return to understanding once again what is real and what is not. May we spin dizzy in a vortex ascending toward understanding and away from static illusion. Let the spinning begin!!!!
