If this post is in the wrong category please place it where it belongs but I thought this is about as general as it gets so here we go with kind of a second intoduction.
OK .... let me start out by saying that I have spent a good amount of time over the past week or so going through the articles that have been posted in this group and I must say that you have a very unique group here and I feel very fortunate to be a part of it. The first thing I noticed is that you speak in a sort of language that is unfarmiliar to me which tells me that I have a lot of catching up to do but at the same time I also come from a different angle and perhaps my view of things will give some of these topics another dimension from which to investigate. Anyway here it goes. I am pretty new to a lot of these ideas. Well maybe not new to the ideas so much as new to the philosophies as far as putting them in actual motion. I am still quite young, and maybe a little naive from time to time, but I do recognize this feeling that we are on the verge of a series change in our world as we see it. As a matter of fact I found the courses after searching out information of different conspiracy theories. That might help explain the state in which you found me. A little paranoid, running around turning rocks over, looking for little snipets of evidence that seems to point that the way the world is precieved is not the way it actually is. But there is where I run into a fundemental flaw. In order to keep myself somewhat grounded while searching out some of these conspiracy theories I always tried to keep one of my favorite Einstein quotes in the back of my mind at all times.
"Whoever undertakes to set himself up as a judge of Truth and Knowledge is shipwrecked by the laughter of the gods."
So the direct result of that is to not take myself too seriously when seraching for "the truth". Then while I was reading through some of these articles it began to sink in. "The truth" is not some destination that can be reached. It isnt (or shouldnt be) the goal. The journey to find it is long and probably never ending. It may be the reason for consiousness itself. As I read on I realized how far some of you are along the path and I noticed that I am at the very beginning. I have some things to work on but it is all very exciting but there is so much to do I dont know where to begin. I think Meditation exercises should be first. That seems like the best way to get started. Any advice from you guys would be very much appriciated and I look forward to keeping you up to date on my journey as much as I want to hear and learn from yours. Welcome to the amazing journey kicked up a notch and 1/2 cubed during one truly amazing and awesome time in Gaia and Humankind history! Your thought about taking up meditation is a very good one, for enlightenment is not an addition of information, but a surrender and subtraction of information that is painting colorful illusions that just plain get in the way of what is already and always there, as intended for the experiential quest we are willfully engaged in, incarnation after incarnation, an infinite number of fractals as One. When you mentioned meditation it also made me think instantly of a wonderful teacher/student, Adyashanti. Google that name, go to that website, and watch/download his teaching/sharing videos to your Intelligent Heart's content. You will find his approach very refreshing.
Another thing that comes to mind is a few of the thoughts that keep me grounded while allowing fluid intelligence to have its way by realizing I do not need to be dogmatic about anything. 3 things actually:
Whatever is real is and was already real long before I came to this place of determination concerning what I now think is real...
If the sensational data you are consciously swimming in is not going to be there in 10,000 years (other than maybe in some history book), than it is of little or no account concerning your actual journey of discovery... (from the author of the Law of One RA sessions)

And the one I am working on lately that really blows me away is the very real possibility that there is actually nothing 'outside' of who, what and where I, You, ALL essentially and fundamentally "AM", that all of what we consider to be on the 'outside' of us, or happening 'outside' of us, is a very dynamic and vivid illusion of perception via our 5 human sense that help us to navigate this very dense experiential 3D place, but we have yet to actually see the noumenal world, while making determinations from our very dynamic phenomenal data via those 5 senses. This would tend to support why times of clearing meditation are so good for us, for there is no data that is paramount to our well-Being, for we are already very much Whole and Sacred (unassailable and inviolate Beings) while journeying through infinite experience. The science of Kabbalah calls it descending from our origin, the Upper Light, and finding a place of experience that feels much like being separated from First Source, which gives us the very dynamic opportunity of certain experiences in variation of Light and shadow that could not be experienced if we were very conscious of our eternal connection to that Primordial Unchanging Source of our Existence. In a very real way, we are the expansion of the Godhead seeking an infinite number of new experiential data, simultaneously expanding and contracting in one very very large toroidal shape, spinning inward and outward simultaneously in the irrational Golden Mean Ratio spiral that literally and mathematically has no, can find no stopping place, for if it could, all of this experiential construct/playground would vaporize instantly... Thank God for irrational equations like Pi and Phi, LOL... Anyway, I hope some of this helps you envision what all of this is. The most important thing to remember is you are Safe, and can never not be, even when you are scared for your life, your essential Life is never in any danger. We still engage the world, and even take up the sword at times, but now we do this knowing full well that there is no need to take up some nationalistic or religious banner, as if God and Country needed that. We now engage knowing that our previously perceived 'enemy' is actually our brother, for there is no 'other', there is no us v. them, there is only One.....

Hey there Trace,
I and the rest of us are always excited when a "new voice" joins our community. At one time this group was considerably larger and then it seemed to dwindle for a while and now we are growing again. Natural flucuation I believe. There are some of us who have been here a long time as the community values and intentions meant so very much to us and we have bonded in love and oneness.
There is a common thread of seeking that is inherent in each of us as we endevor to allow Truth to reveal itself in all of its various guises. Fred Burks' wonderful talent for bringing to our attention all of the bright uplifting topics as well as the shadowy and controversial, often conspiritorial issues is part of the transformation and awakening we here are indeed here to experience. Balancing the light and dark of life, just as in the Yin/Yan symbol, is the key to having a peaceful and directed life path. We all here agree that We Are All One, that the Universe is a hologram in which each individual part contains and is a reflection of all of the rest, the whole. That being so, we recognise that there is no good or bad but that there is a polarity which developes one way or the other, while still having the essence of the whole. This is what provides variety and novelty in life and in the Universe.
Don't worry about the jargon, you will catch on soon enough. And yes, by all means, make a time for meditation of some sort every day. It is the only way you will be able to open up to your higherself and recieve the confirmations you seek.
One other thing, don't hesitate to ask questions.

In the jargon of Global Edenism (www.angelicgate.com) your search for truth indicates you are the the Yellow Soul ray. Yellow Soul rays search out the TRUTH--- and to thier dismay the TRUTH eludes them as they search and search and search. Some fundamental Truths exist in the universe: (this is a very short list and I am sure my Brothers and Sisters here on this wonderful forum will have details to add

1. Love is all there is. Love= Source Energy. All of Creation is Source Energy vibrating at different rate of Vibration.
2. The truth with a little t is the truth until it is not the truth anymore. The Truth with a capital T is the Truth always. The Truth is we are all one quantum field of Source Energy. This Source Energy is experienced as Love with a capital L which is Unconditional Love (no matter what you do or say you are Loved).
3. Like attracts Like that which is Like unto itself attracts to itself more Like Itself. Love attracts Love and Fear attracts Fear. What is focused upon by thought, word and deed becomes so in your field of reality. Reality changes as we change.
4. Fear is the denial of Love. We all do this. It is the hallmark of a seeker to seek Love and as one progresses along the path one begins to understand that Love is all there is and by focusing on Love one recieves more Love...
5. All beings return to Source Energy (remember Source Energy=Love. Those that follow Fear as a way of life (these types of people are sometimes called Service to Self or STS) are simply taking the scenic route. A good example of an STS is Genghis Khan (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genghis_Khan)
Some names for Source Energy are (this list is not complete by any stretch of the imagination):
God, Great Goddess, Godhead, Allah, Great Spirit, Grandmother, Grandfather, Quantum Energy, Love the list is literally thousands of names all depicting the same concept-- Love is all there is--- each approach to understanding the nature of the One fundamental Truth (love is all there is) due to cultural influences (realities) has created different tags for this One Truth.
Love is begins on the Inside. An expression of this Love is Peace and Loving Kindness to self and others. Sometimes Peace and Love are used interchangeably.
