Second 'Holding the Light for Haiti' Meditation

Dear Beloved Children of the Light,
The next 'Holding the Light for Haiti' meditation and prayerful alignment will be held on Sunday, Jan. 31st. We need to support the many suffering survivors in Haiti in maintaining hope and trust as they wait for supplies to arrive and for their injuries to heal, and also the helpers on the ground in feeling uplifted and sustained. There are many who desire to help who are waiting to deliver food and materials. Yet, often, at present, there is a long wait before gaining access to either the port or the airport in order to do so. Your loving presence with us can help greatly to convey peace, love, patience, and hope through the power and energy of light itself.
Please read or re-read About the Meditation so that you know the many forms of prayer/meditation/alignment that can make a contribution during this meditative time, one of which will probably feel more natural to you. Also, we wish you to be aware of the way in which the Realms of Light are playing a significant part in this global effort.

I sense very strongly that these community oriented projects of meditation and focused intention are the way of the near future and Now. I joined them so as to receive future requests for world group meditation participation and orchestration... Thank you Elizabeth for sharing this...

This site also hosts global meditations, but on a daily basis, with a specific focus each day (its been the Haiti Earthquake for a while now). We are all contributing energy to the same pot I think so thats all that matters. Would be good if there were a more centralized way of organizing this, but perhaps thats not required, and is just my hard wired logical mind thinking things out too much.
Thanks Josh for the great tip on HeartMath's brain/love child website. And thanks again Elizabeth for the tip about the 3 - 3:30pm EST meditation for Haiti. Am looking forward to getting into the habit of participating in more of those. Am looking forward to the second nature training it will be for something I really believe will be a big part of how things work from here on into the next human evolution cycle we are so close to now....
