Now, I Am, Nothing

What I've seen
has made me a new person.
That which I was
is now gone,
cremated
by the light
of almighty love.

Now I am the smoke,
now I am the wind,
now I am the stars
and the indigo black
of night.

Now my face shines
in the moons
and the suns,
and I am home
on every planet.

Now I am many,
now I am alone
in my infinity.
Now I am in every thing
that exists
because I have dispersed myself
and am air.

Now you can see yourself
clearly
in me.
This causes us all
to wonder:
What happens
when two mirrors
reflect each other
perfectly?

This world
is a fun-house!
Where is the real you?
Everywhere
and nowhere.

When we leave
the hall of mirrors,
we realize:
There is only another
on every side
of every door.

Become nothing
with me
and be only the reflections,
the mirrors
themselves.

I like the line about the two mirrors.  In the real world, campfire smoke does turn into clouds of faeries.

I like these words alot... they capture the essence in few words...

...sounds like they slipped out of Rumi's tongue.....

Made me think of the intent behind the movie "Powder"
and also made me think of a line from the movie,
"When Harry Met Sally",
"I'll have what she's (he's) having"

No mistake, I've been consciously connecting with his energy :) As soon as I did, something like 20 of these just spilled right out. One thing's for sure, that cat did something freaky with dispelling himself into the collective consciousness! I've never felt more profoundly like a piece of someone's spirit was in every person and everything.
