Thank you so much for posting that Wendy. This really gets so much closer, I think, to what is going on. The Russians have been more advanced in this field for some time. Their own more pin point accurate version of HAARP is one of the primary reasons we see chemtrails all over the US during clear skies days. They can detect when Russia's "woodpecker" system is on, when and where.
The one thing that kept bothering me though is that the projected image never showed any of the more familiar cymatics "Chladni" patterns during the less than static forming of that spiraling image. This made me remember one of the later theories about the planes hitting the twin towers on Sept. 11, that they were a projection synchronized with some form of explosion. This had always been hard for me to consider, but I took something away from that - that we most likely have some very sophisticated holographic projection technology by now (and then this from Hoagland's excellent research, "and therefore providing a 3D view of the ionosphere at high latitudes", hmmmm). The public is never informed about the most current technology. That is an ongoing orchestrated roll out I have to assume.
So either one or the other technology, or both, was/were involved I think. And if it was purely some form of standing wave torsion physics type technology then it was very advanced, and very surgical when you think of the frequency control required to completely avoid the normal transitional patterns we have seen in Chladni/cymatics type demonstrations. Those patterns are more amazing than the spiral, but to be able to control and hold the spiral form like that via torsion/scalar wave technology..... Whatever it is, it is impressive to say the least....
