Right on, bro! You and I could swap some good lies if we were fishermen, I bet ;-)
You and I are both Daves, both lefties, and almost exactly the same age. We served in the military at exactly the same time. We have other stuff in common, too.
I first encountered the Wingmakers website years ago. At the time I poked around a little and decided that it was a mysterious hoax. I waded through a lot of the essays and poetry and said to myself that there were ways to say the same thing so a child could understand it. And as a painter I simply did not believe the images were ancient. That was then. Since it's come to my attention again as part of the Transformation Course - the TC - I'm exploring it anew, without the preconceptions I brought before. I've barely scratched the surface.

Hey Dave,
The first time I read wingmakers, it was at the original site...didn't have all the bells and whistles...and the text was a bit easier to understand...next, in 2001 I see it change...and it appeared to me to have been compromised by someone named James...we at the site immediately started questioning the new site...and believe it was taken back under the control of NSA....it has never progressed again since those days and the only things added, i.e. Lyricus...effects temple...etc., were all diversions from the reality of the original message
Still, the first few philosophies are astounding....and still move me to this day.
Do you still write songs? What instruments do you play...where are you from?
Oh, hell, wife has a problem with the wash water....gotta go...

Agreed, I gotta study it more. The first version I saw was different, too.

I don't write as much poetry as I used to. I'm a wizard on the Appalachian dulcimer and autoharp, I can play the flute badly, and the guitar a little less badly. I sing about as well as Leonard Cohen. I'm in southern California...born inthe midwest (Iowa City), grew up in New Mexico and San Diego. Spent the 80s and 90s in Texas.
I'll post some lyrics if you will.
