May peace break into your home and steal your debts, trials and tribulations.

May love stick to your face like Honey and laughter assault your lips (may the Joy of Chocolate totally miss landing anywhere near your hips).
May happiness hit you like a brick and your tears flow from sheer joy.
May the problems you once had, forget your home address! May the bird of happiness land in your yard and build her nest.

I burned brush piles this afternoon, big piles which had accumulated over the last couple of years. Unity Church has a ceremony called the Burning Bowl, where people write on pieces of paper those things they want to get rid of from the last year, and put into the big brass bowl. They are then burned with a period of meditation. Today while I was burning the brush and trash which had accumulated, I added those thing which I didn't want to carry with me into 2010. What a big burning bowl ceremony I had. Yipee.
