SOME may call this Citroen concept vehicle a van - but to others it is a bonkers new transporter, with seating for nine that is variable on many different levels. The seats can be in line behind each other, turned in to face the middle or laid out flat as a couch.
And don't even get started on how those doors open at the side... The Tubik is based on the old Citroen H - those corrugated vans that can still be found in many country areas and which sold in their hundreds of thousands "back in the day". Citroen calls it an "executive shuttle" with a "lounge-style cocoon" and a large semi-circular TV screen with surround sound.
Yes, a place for all the piggies to show off their money. Ridicuous. The only concept I like is the folding together seats. Why can't a regular 4 passenger vehicle have seats that fold flat for a larger cargo area and those times when you would like to catch a nap on the side of the road?
