Health Authorities Want Depression-Causing Drugs Added To Water Supply

Submitted by Annie White on February 15, 2011 – 12:22 pm

As if flouride and hexavalent chromium in public water supplies aren’t bad enough, health authorities are now pushing for the addition of drug statins as well. Drug companies claim that statins will lower cholesterol and prevent heart attacks and strokes, but researchers have proven that the drugs only benefit a quarter of people taking them. There are some very troubling side-effects, especially if there is no history of heart problems.

A new study by the Cochrane Library is highlighted in the following article. Their review of statin trials found symptoms of short-term memory loss, depression and mood swings,” that were purposely minimized by the drug companies funding the research. Statins have also been linked to a greater risk of liver dysfunction, acute kidney failure, cataracts and muscle damage.

The pharmaceutical companies’ powers are overflowing; we can actually see their influence trickling into federal health administration, down into municipalities, and flushing into our local water treatment centers

Health authorities are pushing for drugs to be added to public water supplies that cause depression and memory loss, as a new study shows that the dangers of statins have been deliberately underplayed by drug companies, in a chilling throwback to how the population in Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World were mass medicated with Soma to keep them docile and easy to control.

Statins are taken by tens of millions of people worldwide, a boon for drug companies like Merck, whose chief executive Henry Gadsden back in 1975 dreamed of being able to sell a drug to people who had no immediately identifiable illness, or as Mike Adams writes, “They needed a way to sell drugs to healthy people.” Statins were born and the financial windfall for Big Pharma quickly followed.

Drug companies claim that statins have been proven to lower cholesterol and help prevent heart disease and strokes, leading many health experts to insist that they be artificially added to public water supplies, but dangerous side-effects buried by drug companies conducting statin trials have now come to light, in addition to the fact that “for three quarters of those taking them, they offer little or no value.”

A new study published in the Cochrane Library, which reviews drug trials, examined data from 14 drugs trials involving 34,000 patients and found evidence of “short-term memory loss, depression and mood swings,” that had been deliberately underplayed by the drug companies funding the research.

The researchers warn that, “Statins should only be prescribed to those with heart disease, or who have suffered the condition in the past. Researchers warn that unless a patient is at high risk of suffering a heart attack or stroke, statins may cause more harm than good.”

However, despite the fact that statins have also been linked to a greater risk of liver dysfunction, acute kidney failure, cataracts and muscle damage, health authorities have been pushing for the drug to be added to public water supplies as part of a mass medication program that is not only illegal without consent, but also threatens a plethora of unknown consequences.

Only last week, George Lundberg, MD, the editor of MedPageToday, which is a mouthpiece for the American Medical Association, wrote an op-ed entitled, Should We Put Statins in the Water Supply?

In May 2008, renowned cardiologist Professor Mahendra Varma called for statins to be artificially added to drinking water.

Putting statins in the water supply was also considered during a November 2008 discussionwhich featured Robert Bonow, M.D., of Northwestern University in Chicago, Gordon F. Tomaselli, M.D., of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, and Anthony De Maria, M.D., of the University of California at San Diego.

Also in November 2008, CNBC aired a segment lauding the effectiveness of statins, after which one of the hosts remarked, “Why don’t they just put statins in the water supply,” to which CNBC’s medical expert replied, “A lot of people have said that and they are in the water in fact.”

The idea of adding drugs to the water supply to biochemically manipulate the thoughts and emotions of populations has gone from the realm of science fiction in Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World, where people were mass medicated with Soma to keep them docile and easy to control, to an imminent reality.

Indeed, during a March 20, 1962 Berkeley University speech, Huxley spoke of how humans would be made to “love their servitude” via the state-sponsored introduction of mind-altering drugs.

There will be, in the next generation or so, a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude, and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies, so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any desire to rebel by propaganda or brainwashing, or brainwashing enhanced by pharmacological methods. And this seems to be the final revolution,” said Huxley.

In a 2008 paper titled, “Fluoride and the Future: Population Level Cognitive Enhancement,” Oxford professor Julian Savulescu explored how populations of the future could be mass-medicated through pharmacological “cognitive enhancements” added to the water supply.

In December 2009, we reported on how Japanese health authorities were considering adding trace amounts of lithium to public water supplies as a “mood stabilizer” in a bid to lower the suicide rate. Fox News medical expert Dr. Archelle Georgiou gave the concept tacit approval when she labeled the study an “interesting concept” and refused to even mention the moral aspects of mass drugging people against their will.

In his 1977 book Ecoscience, current White House science czar John P. Holdren also advocated adding sterilant drugs to the water supply as part of a program of “involuntary fertility control”.

Of course, a huge number of Americans are already being mass medicated against their will, from which one of a myriad of debilitating health effects includes lowered IQ and increased docility. Indeed, as Joseph Borkin documented in his book The Crime and Punishment of I.G. Farben, the first occurrence of artificially fluoridated drinking water on Earth was found in Germany’s Nazi prison camps. The Nazis explained that the reason for mass-medicating water with sodium fluoride was to sterilize women and coerce the victims of their concentration camps into calm submission.

They will never stop with this stuff. They have already discussed putting Lithium in as well. My advice - CONTROL YOUR WATER SUPPLY. I know this is going to sound a little crazy - but I want to relate a little story from personal experience. I grew up in a small town in Northern CA and always felt "smart" when younger (I was valedictorian of my high school bla bla). At 18 - I moved to Los Angeles to get into the music business and become a musician. It was some 12 or 15 years later that I began to realize that I no longer felt "smart" anymore. Something had changed and I did NOT like that feeling. I had a reference point from before - so I knew what I was missing. It scares me to think of how many people just don't.

Here's the crazy part. I decided that if I was going to take charge of things - I needed control. So I sold my home in L.A. - and bought 4 acres in rural Oregon. Here - I have my own water source, trees for firewood, tons of "free" rainwater, and room for chickens etc. And guess what? I got my brain back. It STILL took almost 4 years before I really felt "smart" again. I know that is not something most people are willing to do. My point is that if you want your brain - you have to actively DO something to keep it. So do something!

As a minimum - google the Big Berkey water filter - it's a gravity feed filter that will take any old crap and turn it into good water. Mine has a fluoride filter as well (also takes out arsenic from the well water). Even chlorine in water has been linked to clogging arteries - so best to just filter it all out. If you get a Berkey - get the white filters - as they are supposedly better than the black ones - but either are fine for normal use.

Thanks for the post Jeff,

I had a similar experience but I still haven't recovered fully. With me it was food and the low fat movement. The brain really needs fats. I lost it when I tried to do weight watchers and be a vegetarian at the same time. I also believe that estrogen mimicking plastics are affecting both my memory and mood. Flax seed oil, change of diet and progesterone spray have helped but I know I'm not back to where I was. We have well water in a rural area but I live in a house where one of the former occupants had alzheimer's. The water tested fine when we bought the place but I have to wonder if it's in the water.

I have been in a small mountain town with good well water for 15 years, and have had the same experience, although I still ozonate mine ..The ozonator takes out anything but metals, and restructures it as well..We brought a water expert here for a lecture,a guy who has one of the patents for reducing the size of the water molecule small enough for our cells to assimilate it..He searched the country for 10 years to find the best water he could access, and found it  about 25 minutes from here,,yet he says that, although it is minerally perfect for the body, he still has to restructure it,right out of a deep mountain well..Even the filtration through the ground hasn t been enough to restructure this otherwise almost perfect water..this guy is involved with some of the russian scientists involved in the "water" documentary a couple of years back..One of the main points in that film was that the chemical composition of the water is not nearly as important as the structure of the water....Of course, that doesn t make it ok to drink tapwater..Just the chemical treatment it goes through is enough to make it unable to be assimilated  by the body..So, the statistics are that 90 percent of all people in the world are dehydrated, and at 10 percent dehydration your immune system starts to go down...My results quadrupled when I added the ozonator,as I added alot of oxygen to my bloodstream..I could write about the results for another 20 minutes...I looked at that big berkey filter, and planned on getting one..The problem now is, I have to move, and was just wondering if there is a small berkey for traveling also,,I might be in a city for a while, and would need something adept at removing metals..  Wendy, you might want to send your water to the national lab, where you can get it tested the right way,the state agencies are very shabby..The allowable levels in our "standards" are so rediculous, what they call safe is a joke, and your body will never assimilate more than 10 percent of all you drink..If the house is an old one, and has old metal pipes,it is also ruined..My neighbors tried 3 or 4 different systems and none worked,,the ozonator took all the funky tastes out,but we never tested it..I have also seen a few cases where recurring cancers ended after replumbing the house with schedule 80 pvc..It is the only substance available that doesn t change the water as it passes through it,it is much harder and doesn t leech into the water..I have seen wells readings change just from replacing the old pipe that the water comes up through to schedule 80..On a final laughing note, I am sure many people here have seen the reports over the years about how they find cocaine and all pharmaceuticals in all the metro water supplies..After one of the first national tests, they predicted that somewhere around 50 percent of the people in San Diego used cocaine,,and what a danger that could be to non drug users,OH MY!, but never mentioned the danger of all the pharmaceuticals in the water, never mind the combined substances that are formed with all the "allowable" amounts of every poison known to man...It is one of the root causes of all behavior,as we are 70 to 80 percent water, including our brain..If we want to really make a difference, the water that makes up that bag of neurons that is you is a good place to start,,you can t go much deeper............

If you want something inexpensive and/or portable, Berkey sells a water filtration bottle for $30.  http://republicbroadcasting.org/zencart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=6&products_id=32

I, too, have noticed an increased frequency of "brain farts" in myself.  I gave up fluoride toothpaste and aluminum deodorants several months ago, hoping it would help.  Can't say I've noticed much improvement, yet.  I'm only using a Brita now, so maybe water is the culprit.

Reminds me of the old Dr. Strangelove movie.  It seemed absurd back then to believe people could be controlled via the water supply.

Truth is stranger than fiction!

Hi Tscout - thanks for the info! What are you using for ozo-nating your water? Give us a link! Thanks

tscout's picture

for the tip,I want to take one overseas if I go...I am sorry I don t have the link for my ozonator, but the site is Tools for healing .com..It is the woz5,is about 300 bucks, and does a gallon in 9 minutes..It was part of the "Bob Beck" protocol. He was friends with the owner of the Sota corporation, and I have also found one for someone else on their website...You will see it mentioned that it utilizes Tesla technology..Nicolai had the original patents on ozonation, and sold them to nearly evry hospital in this country, and many around the world..All were confiscated in 1933 by the AMA,under threat of the loss of license to practice medicine. That,of course was on behalf of the pharmaceuticals coming into power..I will point out that the hospitals weren t ozonating water, they ozonated saunas,or something like it,and it was commonly used for most diseases,as the epidermis is stimulated to do it s job, which is to purge poisons from the body..I felt the difference in the way I sweat after the first couple of days, and you can imagine all the benefits you will gain from the added oxygen in your blood..If you saw the electron microscope blood testing in the "water" documentary you know what I mean......Oh, and Noa, true results from quitting deodorants and things of the sort will take a long time..Aluminum from deodorants stores in your lymphs by your armpits,,the same ones the doctors usually remove from women with breast cancer,,isn t that a coincidence?  I did urine therapy for quite some time, and the massages eventually draw this stuff out of your lymphs, you get lumps by your lymph glands..That is the epidermis starting to work, and purging your body of all this stuff you can t move when you are dehydrated...Urine is the best hydrator for your body, and will heal anything..To those who like me went "yuck" when they heard about it,if you have ever worn makeup,or expensive skin lotions, you have put urine on your skin, probably from the men s public urinal system in China! ha! It is a big business..Funny thing is, your own urine works 100 times better than anything you could buy,and is unique ,like a blueprint for your body..It will kickstart your immune system...I can t say enough about it,it is ayurvedic, and there is over 100 years of real research on it..But,sorry to change the subject Noa, you know how long it takes for all the cells in your body to regenerate into cells that don t have receptors for all our old routines, years,of course,so you just have to have faith that you did the right thing....be well.......and Knight,,,,I will try to post that link tomorrow.......

We're waiting for a Royal Berkey that I ordered 10 days ago. The 'GO' Berkey might be what you're looking for Jeff, 4" x 14" in size, though I don't see info regarding fluoride/chlorine filters for it, the larger ones will take pf2 filters to remove it. At the second site, a portable water bottle filter which Noa suggested is a free gift with purchase of the other. I found the second site a better price because pf2 filters were available as a 'gift with purchase' saving me about $50.

http://www.pleasanthillgrain.com/  has them as well as https://www.bigberkeywaterfilters.com/

I'm also waiting for the ozonating info! thanks guys.

Yes, TScout, I'm weaning myself off cosmetics as well.  I threw away all my creams, lipsticks, and sunblock that contain oxybenzone, after I learned that it does the exact opposite of what it claims.  Widely promoted to protect against UV rays, it's actually a carcinogen that induces skin cancer!  This kind of public deceit never ceases to amaze me!

I didn't know about urine in cosmetics, but I did know that mascara is made from bat poop. This site lists 10 things you may be surprised to learn are in your makeup:  http://edwindwianto.wordpress.com/2009/12/21/top-10-products-you-might-not-know-are-used-in-cosmetics/

Here's mud in your eye (or something like that)!

Thanks Tscout for the web site - I found it. I think I'll get one of those! By the way - here is the best book on juice fasting I have come across - it's out of print now but there are used ones around.

How to Keep Slim, Healthy and Young With Juice Fasting [Paperback]

Paavo Airola

I have been using this method and it really works! After about 10 days my first time trying it - my armpits started smelling like motor oil as the skin worked it out of my system. That made a believer out of me... An added benefit is about a pound a day of weight loss. I lost 15 pounds my first go round and that has been about normal.
