TSA Continues to Expand
The NY Times recently ran an interesting article about the expansion of TSA from the airports into local security at such places as train and bus stations and sports events. They are conducting warrantless random searches against the Fourth Amendment. The police state slowly continues to grow because most people don't know their Constitutional rights, and many who do still meekly submit. My suggestion: politely but firmly refuse any searches without probable cause, and cite your Fourth Amendment right to freedom from unwarranted search and seizure. That's what I plan to do.
