Okay, I admit it.  I've never considered myself to be a smoker, but occasionally, I used to smoke to relieve stress or just to feel the sensation in my lungs.  I reasoned that the occasional puff wasn't enough to do much harm and that my lungs would clean themselves after I finished my binge.

Everything changed for me when I looked at a certain cigarette pack.  (This is what happens when you live outside the U.S.)

So and so is taking my freedom (talking to myself lol) that is an illusion you are always free in reality but i understand the meaning this is conveyed for, but freedom is choice and you can chose to do anything... there maybe a response that limits(or try's to limit) your choices after words, yet you are free, freedom is in the mind of a person who knows he is free, in prison one can still have his freedom, being free also does not protect you from death in this realm...

Opening up my love to those i (use to) lashed out in hate, such a unique transformation,

well now that i think about it, its natural, when your seeing with more awareness, more understanding, more to the person(or things) soul/nature you find that hating is not logical.

wow (tears) threw such the slightest variance of seeing... changing ever so subtlety to love , a small act of forgiveness by switching from blaming, rejecting, forcing separation, to---> the desire to heal, help, nurture all that energetic anger turns to love, purpose, desire

I LOVE the RAIN just had a wonderful dance in the earthly shower :) until the thunderstorm went away, also got many buckets of the high energy water to my garden :)

any others draw to the rain, feel its lively energy calling to them? iv been dancing/going out in the rain almost every chance i get, i feel its healing to the earth and me
