How synchronistic!!! I am just now finishing Barbara's book. A delightful and inspirational read. I will watch these videos when I have the opportunity, probably this weekend.
I would encourage anyone who wants to investigate the messages offered from higher frequency entities such as the Pleiadeans to get a copy and read it. It blends so very well with the Ra Material that I have been thrilled.

If you go further, listen to segment 8, but then listen for it to begin repeating previous info in segment 9 thru 11, and then get back to not repeating at the end of segment 11, I think it was. It's no surprise to me that you resonated with this, given your gentle and humble, and open sensibility/spirit. I went back to segment one to hear it for the first time, and I really should have started with it. You will see what I mean when you all listen when you get the chance.
Fred, you will love what Barbara says in segment one about dealing with the shadow sides of ourselves so we can get past running from parts of ourselves we find uncomfortable, or down right scary.... I truly wish we lived in a culture where the consumption of Ayahuasca, mushrooms, peyote or DMT was part of the shadow side training regimen, guided by the experience of the elders of the family/tribe. I am so convinced that we would not be so disengaged from ourselves en mass to the extent we are in western society today. My clearest thinking ever in my life has been on LSD, even though it feels like that door slammed shut on me when I again tried to trip successfully on window pane in the Navy, but alas, the training of responsibility totally got in my way and I found myself enduring instead of enjoying and learning. I so agree with the late Terence McKenna on this matter of access to our other more full realities that we have become dulled to after so many generations of controlled indoctrination leading to suppression.....
