Good afternoon to all.

Forgive me if this sounds like a therapy session, but I think if I'm not alone in my experiences here, this may strike up some interesting conversation....

I have noticed that there are times when I'm going along just fine, and one small event shakes me up so much that I feel like I don't have a clue as to who I am any longer.  More to the point... everything I thought I did well, and had under control shows itself to be out of control and in disarray.

In the last couple years I've discovered the neti pot.  The ancient ayurvedic practice of cleansing the sinus cavities is called jalaneti.  As a sufferer of mild nasal allergies most of my life, I realized the value of this from the first day.  Now I have two neti pots.  I keep one in the shower, and use it every day.

I wanted to share this with all of you, as it is the first time that I have had this experience.

Anyone else here drink this stuff? I've tried it a few times now and I've had some very positive results so far... increased energy and increased "body-consciousness" type effects....

  Had a bout with skin cancer this year...soo...you know me....I started reading all I could find on the subject....and came accross this 20 minute discussion on what cancer is, and how to treat it...me being a homeopath...was very interested in these findings....as I leave alopathic treatments as a last resort (cut, burn or poison )...

I was going to put this in healing/energy requests, but I can actually feel the team already is supporting me in that way, so thank you all so much from every aspect of my heart
