I love the concepts of Random Acts of Kindness and Paying it Forward (I did have to explain to someone how this worked, saying he didn't need to pay me back, but instead consider paying it forward!) It amazes me just how easily we can all bring a moment of joy or magic into somebody else's life with just a little bit of thought. How cool it would be if we could have National Day of Kindness, and then why not just continue with it? With loving thoughts for a kinder world :-)

Reiki seems to have a good reputation and following but I would describe my experience at best as very subtle in the physical dimension. It's difficult to sing the praises of Reiki when I have no personal experiential evidence of it having any effect at all, either on myself or others.
As part of my early efforts to become 'more spiritual' I undertook Reiki 'trainings' and workshops, having 3 attunements up to master practitioner level over around 18 months.

The first thing I read this morning was that Leonard Cohen has left this world. A master of music has taken his place in a more Angelic realm. I consider him genius. His music became more poignant as he aged, his voice rough - his words often tender. So I ask a blessing on his way and offer you these. In memoriam, Dear Mr. Cohen.

Really digging Joe Martino on Collective Evolution channel on YouTube. He sounds like a GRADUATE of the transformation course... Not sure which video to post. Some are more dated or limited in their scope. Anyway...
Check him out if you want!

Wow, Chris! Thanks for letting me/us know about that. And yes, may Preston help to guide us from the other side. Much love to you and all!
I sometimes use the Synchronicity Oracle Falco created for augering...
Looking at the art from the Temples and the selfica paintings, I notice a similarity in his script to that of the WingMakers.
Did you pick up on that, Fred?
Curiouser and curiouser!
Did you experience any of the Selfica technology there? The chamber or little helmets or jewelry?
I've always wanted to visit.
Near Turin, right? Where "the shroud" was discovered...
Ah, Italia. So many wonders and mysteries and KARMA. Glad Damanhur is there to balance out the Vatican.
Somewhat.
I didn't really notice the similarity between Falco's script and that of the WingMakers, though the interest in time travel, Falco coming from the year 2600 in the future, and more are similar. I did do what they call "the chair" there. It's not their time travel chair, which I don't think they show visitors, but another one completely encrusted in selfica where they subject you to strobe lights, wild music and more for an amazing seven-minute ride for about $60. I definitely felt something shift in me as a result of this ride, as did my girlfriend. Very cool! Damanhur is well worth a visit if you ever make it to that part of the world Enjoy!
Finally got round to clicking the link at the start of this thread and followed it through to the Damanhur web pages. Absolutely fascinating. What an amazing community which has grown up out of nothing in less than 50 years! So many life-affirming aspects to the whole thing - seems odd though that there's only about 600 permanent residents in the community (unless I've mis-read or misinterpreted this?). I've only had a quick scan through the pages, quite intrigued by the selfica - not least what a weird word and concept - I find it difficult to hold the idea in my mind! Particularly interested in the health, wellbeing and healing implications. The idea that the Selfs somehow attune themselves to the wearer brings to mind the bit in the Anastasia saga about the pieces of wood from the ringing cedar developing and moulding themselves to the wearer with constant rubbing and handling.
How cool is that Fred, that you've actually been there and seen these things? I was attracted to the Selfica jewellery - I seem to have this thing about improving my physical health! - but I think I'll just sleep on that idea for a while. What did you think about the Selfica technology in general?
Hey Julie, you're not all that far from Damanhur. I highly recommend a visit sometime. I have no doubt that the selfica have healing properties. Like many things, I also suspect that the more you believe it works, the more effective it is. And yes, there are about 600 residential members in the community. They are some of the most vibrant people I've met. Enjoy!
